STADTMEISTER VENT S.R.L may share personal data with third parties who will act as data controllers of STADTMEISTER VENT S.R.L for the processing of your personal data according to the purposes aforementioned.
The following data operator is used:
TotalManager, Brasov: the system used by S.C. STADTMEISTER VENT S.R.L to store all your profile data for personalization and submission of marketing materials.
Other authorized third parties may need to access or store personal data, if required or permitted by applicable law (for example, government authorities, courts, external advisers and similar third parties which are public bodies).
3. Storage / retention period
The data collected for the above purposes will only be stored as long as is necessary for the purposes stated above, as long as you do not withdraw your marketing consent. This means that if you withdraw your consent, STADTMEISTER VENT S.R.L will remove, as soon as possible, the direct link to your profile identity in the marketing system and will only keep your system ID to make sure that we do not contact you again referring to our marketing services.
If legal or disciplinary proceedings are initiated, personal data may be stored until the end of such proceedings, including any appeal periods, and then deleted or archived.
Your personal data will not be stored in a form that allows you to identify for a longer period than is reasonably deemed necessary by S.C. Your rights
